How to add comments in Patients Authorization?
Purpose:
To guide users in utilizing the enhanced authorization comment feature, enabling clearer communication of authorization details and requirements within patient records.
Scope:
This article covers:
- New comment functionality in authorization records
- Basic comment addition during authorization creation
Excludes: - Editing existing authorization comments

Procedure:
- Access Authorization Section:
- Navigate to patient's Authorization area in Insurance Tab
- Add New Authorization:
- Initiate authorization creation
- Locate Comments field
- Enter Comments:
- Type relevant notes (e.g., special requirements)
- Complete authorization process
