How to link multiple cases on the insurance?

Purpose:

To enable users to associate multiple patient cases under a single insurance plan in HelloNote EMR, streamlining billing and documentation workflows.

Scope:

This article covers:

1. Accessing insurance case management
2. Linking existing cases to an insurance plan 
   Excludes:
3. Creating new insurance plans
4. Editing case-specific insurance details
5. Bulk case linking

Procedure:

1. Access Insurance Settings:
   1. Locate and click EDIT on the target insurance plan
2. Link Additional Cases:
   1. Check the box(es) for all cases to be linked
   2. Save changes

To do this simply click on EDIT on the current insurance 



From here just put a check on the insurance to be added
