How to Reset the Appointment Reminders?
Purpose:
To clear and reconfigure patient appointment reminder settings when updates or corrections are needed for SMS/email notifications.
Scope:
This procedure covers:
- Resetting existing reminder configurations
- Both SMS and email reminder channels
- Re-establishing reminder timeframes
Procedure:
- Open the patient's profile
- Click Edit
- For each reminder channel:
a. Locate the reminder time field(s)
b. Enter "0" or leave blank - Click Save to clear existing settings
- Re-enter the desired reminder time(s)
Click Save again to apply new settings

To reset the Appointment Reminders simply Click edit on the patient profile
Indicate 0 or blank in the email and sms configuration then click save
Re-enter the time as usual then click save again.
