Scope:

- Verifying insurance dates
- Reconciling insurance information between two system locations
- Finalizing claim submission
Excludes: - Adding new insurance plans
- Editing case settings unrelated to insurance
- Troubleshooting other claim errors
Procedure:
- Verify Insurance Dates:
- Navigate to Patient's Insurance Tab
- Confirm both Date Begin and Date End fields are populated
- Check Insurance Consistency:
- Compare:
- Insurance listed in Insurance Tab
- Insurance in Case Settings
- Update mismatched information
- Compare:
- Submit Claim:
- Proceed with claim submission after verification

To resolve this simply go to the
1. Patient's Insurance Tab - ensure that both DATE BEGIN and DATE END is filled up.
2. Ensure that the insurance in the insurance Tab matches the Insurance in Case Settings
3. Once everything is verified you may now submit the claim.
