How to set No Show, Cancellation, Late Cancellation and Therapist Cancel Rates?

Purpose:

To guide administrators in establishing rates for no show, cancellation, late cancellation and therapist cancel rates.

Procedure:

1. Go to Administration
2. Go to Office
3. Go to Schedule and Visits
4. Add the rates for No Show, Cancel, Late Cancel and Therapist Cancel
5. Save
