How to set No Show, Cancellation, Late Cancellation and Therapist Cancel Rates?

UPDATE:

Set the date range of new fees in case you will have them updated. Doing so will not affect old fees.

Purpose:

To guide administrators in establishing rates for no show, cancellation, late cancellation and therapist cancel rates.

Procedure:

1. Go to Administration
2. Go to Office
3. Go to Schedule and Visits
4. Add the rates for No Show, Cancel, Late Cancel and Therapist Cancel
5. Save
