How do patients pay outstanding bills and invoices on the patient portal?

Patients can pay their outstanding bills and invoices by logging into the Patient Portal

1. Go to hellonote.com and click log in
2. Once logged in, click on Invoices
3. This will show the patient their appointment list with outstanding balances
4. To pay, click actions > Apply Payment. This will let you select an existing credit card or add a new credit card where you want to apply your payment. Click submit when done
