What is the Active Cases Report?
Purpose:
To provide a comprehensive view of all currently active patient cases in the clinic for care coordination and case management.
Scope:
This report includes:
- All active treatment cases across the practice
- Multi-location filtering for clinics with several offices
- Therapist-specific case sorting
- Real-time case status tracking
Procedure:
- Navigate to Reports > Case Management
- Select Active Cases Report
- Apply filters as needed:
- Select specific office location(s)
- Choose individual therapist(s)
- Review the active cases list

The active cases report is used to view all current active cases in the clinic. This report can be sorted by office, if the clinic has more than one location, as well as specific therapists.
