Notes with Missing POC Signatures Report

Purpose: 
To identify unsigned Plans of Care (POCs) and ensure timely provider signatures for compliance and continuity of treatment.

Scope: 
This report tracks:

• All unsigned POCs requiring provider signatures
• Filtering by: 
  • POC status (Received/Sent) 
  • Office locations 
  • Insurance providers

Procedure:

1. Navigate to Reports > Clinical Documentation > Missing POC Signatures
2. Apply filters as needed:
   1. Select POC status (Received, Sent, or both)
   2. Choose specific office locations
   3. Filter by insurance providers
3. Generate the report to view unsigned POCs
4. Follow up with providers to complete signatures

This report is used to track down all plan of cares that have note yet been signed so the clinic can remind providers to sign them. Since plan of cares can be marked off as received and sent in HelloNote, the report can filtered by those parameters. The report can also be filtered by office locations and insurances.
