What is the Notes Report?

Purpose: 
To provide comprehensive access to clinical documentation for patient care management and billing purposes, with special functionality for PAYGO clients to track monthly billable notes.

Scope: 
This report enables:

• Review of notes by specific: 
  • Patients 
  • Therapists 
  • Note types 
  • Clinical disciplines
• Billing analysis for PAYGO clients
• Custom filtering for targeted documentation review

Procedure:

1. Navigate to Reports > Clinical Documentation > Notes Report
2. Apply filters as needed:
   1. Select patient(s) or therapist(s)
   2. Choose note type(s)
   3. Specify discipline(s)
3. Generate report
4. For PAYGO clients: Review monthly billable notes count

The notes report is mostly utilized to view notes specific to patients or therapists. Additionally, this report helps PAYGO clients assess how many billable notes they've created per month. This report can be filtered patient, therapists, note types, and disciplines to provide more specific results.
