How to filter Notes Report for multiple offices?
Purpose:
To enable cross-office note viewing and reporting by providing consolidated access to documentation across all clinic locations.
Scope:
This update includes:
- New "All Offices" view in Notes Report
- Unified reporting across multiple locations
- Simple office selection clearing
Procedure:
- Navigate to Notes Report
- Locate the Office selection box
- Click the X inside the box to clear individual office selections
- The report will now show notes from All Offices

Notes report now has "All Offices" as an option
You may now choose All Offices in the Notes Report - To do this simply click on the X inside the Office selection Box
