How to filter Notes Report for multiple offices?

Purpose: 
To enable cross-office note viewing and reporting by providing consolidated access to documentation across all clinic locations.

Scope: 
This update includes:

• New "All Offices" view in Notes Report
• Unified reporting across multiple locations
• Simple office selection clearing

Procedure:

1. Navigate to Notes Report
2. Locate the Office selection box
3. Click the X inside the box to clear individual office selections
4. The report will now show notes from All Offices

You may now choose All Offices in the Notes Report - To do this simply click on the X inside the Office selection Box
