What is the Expired POC Report?

Purpose: 
To proactively track and manage expired Plans of Care (POCs) requiring renewal to maintain continuous patient treatment authorization.

Scope: 
This report provides:

• A comprehensive list of all expired POCs
• Filtering capabilities by: 
  • Insurance providers 
  • Date ranges (e.g., expired within 30/60/90 days)
• Alerts for POC renewal deadlines

Procedure:

1. Navigate to Reports > Authorization Tracking > Expired POC Report
2. Apply filters:
   1. Select insurance provider(s)
   2. Set date range (e.g., "Expired in last 30 days")
3. Generate the report
4. Initiate POC renewals for flagged cases
