What is the Expired POC Report?
Purpose:
To proactively track and manage expired Plans of Care (POCs) requiring renewal to maintain continuous patient treatment authorization.
Scope:
This report provides:
- A comprehensive list of all expired POCs
- Filtering capabilities by:
• Insurance providers
• Date ranges (e.g., expired within 30/60/90 days) - Alerts for POC renewal deadlines
Procedure:
- Navigate to Reports > Authorization Tracking > Expired POC Report
- Apply filters:
- Select insurance provider(s)
- Set date range (e.g., "Expired in last 30 days")
- Generate the report
- Initiate POC renewals for flagged cases
