What is the Pending Cosign Report?

Purpose: 
To identify and manage documentation requiring supervisor cosignatures, ensuring compliance with clinical review requirements.

Scope: 
This report provides:

• Tracking of all unsigned notes needing cosignatures
• Filtering capability by individual therapists
• Batch cosign functionality for efficient processing

Procedure:

1. Navigate to Reports > Clinical Documentation
2. Select Pending Cosign Report
3. Apply therapist filters if needed
4. Review the list of notes requiring cosignatures
5. Click Batch Cosign (top-right) to approve multiple notes at once

The pending cosign report is primarily used to track which notes still need to cosigned by a supervising therapist. This report can eb filtered by therapists for a more specific note count. Once the report is generated, the "batch cosign" button will appear in the top right allowing the user to batch cosign all outstanding notes.
