How to access PCP/Referral section via the Patient information Tab?

Purpose:

To guide users in quickly navigating to the Primary Care Physician (PCP) and Referral management section within a patient's profile for efficient care coordination.

Scope:

This article covers:

1. Accessing the PCP/Referral section from the Patient Information tab
2. Basic navigation to the dedicated PCP/Referral interface 
   Excludes:
3. Adding or editing PCP/referral details
4. Referral authorization processes
5. Insurance-specific referral requirements

Procedure:

1. Locate Patient Profile:
   1. Open the desired patient's record
   2. Navigate to Patient Information Tab
2. Access PCP/Referral Section:
   1. Click the + sign (expansion button)
   2. System automatically redirects to PCP/Referral section
3. Alternative Access:
   1. Use direct link: PCP/Referral Section

To do this on the Patient information Tab simply click on the + sign and it will redirect you to the PCP PCP/Referral section
