How to enable Rich Text to all your notes?

Purpose:
To enable Rich Text to all notes within the Case.

Procedure:

1. Select a patient from your patient list
2. Go to the Notes Tab
3. Click Actions then Update Case
4. Check the "Enable Rich Text Editor" Box and Save
