How to resubscribe to SMS and Email Reminders for Patients who unsubscribed?

Purpose:
To resubscribed to SMS and Email reminders for patients that unsubscribed.

Procedure:

1. For SMS, to resubscribe, they can send a SMS message to our line at 877-959-7808 with the words "resubscribe"
2. For Email, to resubscribe, send an email to hello@hellonote.com and let us know via Help Button once they sent the email.
