How to add Payers for Inovalon Enrollment?

Purpose::

To guide users on how to add payers in Inovalon for Enrollment

Step 1: Start Enrollment

• Go to Settings > Inovalon Enrollment > Create
• Click Create New Request
• Click Facilities / Physicians
• Click Add Facilities
• Add Entities > Apply

Step 2: Select Payers

• Click Add Payers
• Search and select the correct payer(s)
• Click Apply

Step 3: Select Transaction Type

• Select Professional Claim or Professional ERA if needed
• Click Review

Step 5: Submit Enrollment

• Make sure status shows “Passed”
• If not, check errors under View Status
• Click Submit

Check Enrollment Status

• Go to Settings > Inovalon Enrollment > View Status
