How can I generate a note and an invoice without insurance billing?

Purpose:
To generate a note and an invoice without insurance billing

Procedure:

1. Create a New Case and select Wellness as the Profile Type and select Self-Pay as the Case Type. This will give you what you need, and you'll be able to write a very simple SOAP note, and you can attach it to a visit type so you can input the self pay rate for this visit.
