What does the status of "TRANSMIT" mean on an Inovalon claim that I've submitted? I am waiting to see status "ACK_FINAL", then "PAID".

- Status Monitoring:
- "TRANSMIT" = Claim en route to payer
- Next expected status: ACK_FINAL (payer acknowledgment)
- Final status: PAID/DENIED (adjudication complete)

- Inovalon auto-updates status upon payer response

This means that the claim is being transmitted out to your payer but still waiting for final processing. Once Inovalon gets an update from the payer their system the status will be changed to ACK_FINAL.
