How to send Claims?
Purpose:
To guide users through the claim auditing process in HelloNote EMR, preparing claims for submission through individual or batch auditing methods.

Procedure:
- Access Ready-to-Send Claims:
- Navigate to Billing > Claims > Ready to Send
- Audit Claims:

The main function for Ready to Send claims is to get them audited. The pipeline moves from Ready to Send > Audited > Submitted. To audit the claims, you can either audit them individually by clicking the "Action" button to the right of the claim and clicking "Audit". In order to batch audit all of the Ready to Send Claims, use the batch audit option.
You can also sort the ready to send claims by billed, paid, hold, finalized date, and to exclude self pay cases. The button are seen on the image above highlighted in red.
When claims are audited, this implies that the claims have all necessary information to be transmitted to insurances. The claims in the audited tab can be sorted by billed, paid, and on hold. Using the actions button next to the claim, users are also able to export the 837 file associated with the claims or send the claim through SFTP (see image below).
