How to send Claims? Submitted
Purpose:
To explain the functionality and use of the Submitted claims tab in HelloNote EMR for tracking claim statuses after transmission to the clearinghouse.

Procedure:
- Access Submitted Claims:
- Navigate to Billing > Claims > Submitted
- View/Sort Claims:
- Filter by:
- Billed amount
- Paid status
- Hold status
- Finalized date
- Submitted date
- Filter by:
- Status Monitoring:
- View payment status indicators
- Identify pending/processed claims

The submitted tab is where claims appear after they've been sent to the clearinghouse. These claims can be sorted by billed, paid, hold, finalized date, and submitted date. The submitted tab also gives insight into whether claims have been paid or not.
